PREMIUM CAPACITY & VERSATILE SLICING: 11.8 in chromed steel blade with professional profile. Gauge plate opening knob to adjust slice thickness from 0-0.059 in. The concave shape of the blade touches the product only at the cutting point, thereby preventing any alteration in taste and scent.
SHARPENING PRECISION: Removable sharpener with a two movement operating system to increase sharpening precision. You can position the sharpener manually simply by lifting and rotating it. The sharpener has only one position, which ensures the perfect angle for optimal sharpness.
BEAUTIFUL DESIGN: Classic Berkel design, combining elegance and Italian craftmanship. Features the iconic Berkel colors. Gold color decorations to enhance varnished parts. A pedestal that elevates the essence of food slicing. Pedestal not included but sold in a bundle.
SAFETY FEATURES: Assisted stainless steel product press holder allows a perfect hold of the product on the meat table. Equipped with a protection device that covers the blade to ensure maximum safety while using or cleaning the machine.
CLEANING & HYGIENE: Stainless steel professional food plate with a detachable system for an easy machine cleaning and a wide rear space to collect wasted material. Overplate, meat table, receiving tray and sharpener can be easily removed for cleaning.
