PREMIUM CAPACITY & VERSATILE SLICING: 11.2 in chromed steel blade with professional profile. Gauge plate opening knob to adjust slice thickness from 0-0.12 in. The concave shape of the blade touches the product only at the cutting point, thereby preventing any alteration in taste and scent.
SHARPENING PRECISION: Removable sharpener with a two movement operating system to increase sharpening precision. You can position the sharpener manually simply by lifting and rotating it. The sharpener has only one position, which ensures the perfect angle for optimal sharpness.
BEAUTIFUL DESIGN: Classic Berkel design, combining elegance and Italian craftmanship. Features the iconic Berkel colors. Gold color decorations to enhance varnished parts. A pedestal that elevates the experience of food slicing. Pedestal included.
